First world problems…(r/funny)

Also night on Mercury lasts for something like ~~60~~ 88 earth days.

If one side of earth went 88 days without sunlight it’d be mighty cold as well.

Side note: I highly recommend the book 2312 by Kim Robinson. In this book the colony on Mercury is on train tracks and is slowly rotating around the planet staying just ahead of the sunrise, so its warm but not too hot. It’s a really cool idea, and well reasoned out.
