Excellent idea.
And my boss, [where x,y,z are tasks that need 3-4 days each]:
Monday: “prioritise in this order: x,y,z.”
Tuesday: “z is more urgent, y is more important, x is holding up a lot of other teams”
Wednesday: “have you done x? what’s the update on y? z should’ve been finished 3days ago.”
