Yes, it isn’t used. There isn’t an active [Marxist communist party engaging the State of India in war.]( Neither was there a party in Nepal that wrested control of the state in 2008. There was never a Marxist president elected in Chile, who was then killed killed in a coup backed by the United States. There aren’t any documents produced by any varying Marxist political parties, because no one ever uses Marx as he intended. [There]( are no Marxist academics. No one bothers to talk about Marx’s ideas anymore.
